Product
UControl knows a company is only as strong as the product they provide. We have personal relationships with each vendor we partner with and bench test every product we use before including it in a design.
Installation
UControl is committed to creating an environment that not only our customers can appreciate, but our employees as well. Our installers and programmers are trained and certified on every product that goes into your home or business. Our installation team can be recognized by the orange and black shirts, professional attitude, booties on their feet and concierge type service they provide.
Training
UControl’s training is second to none in our industry. The systems we design and install are intended to enhance your quality of life and make controlling your home simple and worry free. This cannot be accomplished without easy to understand training for our customers.
UControl introduces NO LIMIT TRAINING. Our team We will train you and your entire family so that you have a thorough understanding of your new system. We will not rush out of your home after the system is installed; but will instead take the proper time needed to make certain you are comfortable operating it. If a few months go by and you need a refresher course, no problems just give us a call and we will schedule a time to come out and re-train you.
Warranty
UControl appreciates the trust you impart on us when you partner with our team on the installation of your new system. We want to provide peace of mind to you and your family, which is why a one-year warranty on all product and labor is provided by UControl.
If another company previously installed wiring, we will test and label all pre-existing material and if it holds to UControl standards we will warranty it as well.
After your one-year warranty expires, we want UControl to remain your first call for service. We will troubleshoot your system over the phone or remotely access your network to service your project promptly. If an onsite call is needed, our customers get a special rate that no one else can compete with.
